Three modules, direct-coupled and centrally controlled. Each is specified independently for infeed, crop, and output grading.

01·

Bale opening.

Bales are broken open by tine drums and metered onto the feed conveyor.

Handles retted or unretted material, round or square bales. Feed rate is operator-adjustable.

02·

Decortication.

Paired rollers crush the stalk under calibrated pressure, breaking the woody core while leaving the bast fibre intact.

Roller gap, speed, and pressure are servo-driven and adjust tool-free.

Fibre cleaning.

Screens sort the output by particle size; air separation strips residual shiv from the bast fibre.

Hurd is graded into standard and micro-hurd. Cyclone extraction throughout.
