We design and build
hemp processing machinery.

Hemp Solutions engineers stalk processing lines for operators producing technical fibres, hurd, and biomass at industrial scale.

Each line is configured to the crop, the throughput target, and the downstream market. We consult from seed selection through production commissioning.

The Processing Line

From bale to
finished technical fibres.

Each segment can be specified independently, or delivered as a turnkey line.

01

Bale opening.

Bales are broken open under controlled feed. Output is a metered, even stalk stream.

02

Decortication.

Paired rollers separate bast fibre from hurd. Roller gap and speed tuned per crop.

03

Fibre cleaning.

Screens and air separation grade the output into fibre, hurd, and micro-hurd. Cyclone extraction throughout.

Three outputs
Fibres
Clean bast fibre for textile, composite, and pulp applications.
Hurds
Woody core for hempcrete, animal bedding, and fibreboard.
Micro-hurds
Fine particles for specialty composites, absorbents, and biomass.
How it comes together

Machinery and consulting.

We build the machinery and advise on the upstream decisions that shape the output.

Machinery

What we build.

Processing lines and individual segments: bale opening, decortication, and fibre cleaning. Turnkey or modular, dust-free.

Consulting

What we advise.

Upstream decisions that set the ceiling on what your line can produce: variety, retting, harvest timing, line tuning, output targeting.

Why Hemp Solutions

Four operating
principles.

I

Built for continuous duty.

Bearings, drives, and frames sized for multi-shift operation. Wear parts standardised across the line.

II

Configured per project.

Throughput, roller geometry, screen mesh, and automation level set per project. No catalogue line.

III

Direct-coupled segments.

Bale opener, decorticator, and cleaner are direct-coupled. No intermediate handling between stages.

IV

Crop to output.

We engage on variety, agronomy, retting, and harvest before the line is specified. The line is built to the crop.
